The HP2 PC Bingo tournament returns for a fresh round in October and November 2022. 20 runners compete for the title of being the fastest to yell BINGO!
HP2 PC Bingo is played on a custom bingo client which since the last tournament has been massively updated. The biggest change is that the custom client now in effect makes the game an open world adventure, thus allowing for more creative and diverse routing.
The tournament uses a lockout bingo format on a 5 by 5 board. Lockout bingo is essentially where you complete over half of the total number of goals to lockout your opponent from winning. In a 5 by 5 board, this is therefore 13 out of the 25 goals. The other rule of this type of bingo is that if a player claims a goal then the goal is locked out and nobody else can claim it, thus making for some eventful goal blocking and allowing for some strategical goal marking by the runners.
